Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Stackd, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use Stackd.

Eligibility and Lawful Use

• You are responsible for using Stackd in compliance with all applicable laws.
• You must not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the app.
• You are responsible for all activity performed on your device.

Informational Use Only

Stackd is a general wellness and tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Any information presented in Stackd is for informational purposes only.

Medical and Supplement Disclaimer

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement, medication, diet, or health routine. You assume all risk for health decisions made based on your use of Stackd.

No Warranties

Stackd is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or reliability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7STREAMS and its owners, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of health data, device failure, lost profits, business interruption, or any other losses arising from or related to use of Stackd.

This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or any other legal theory, even if 7STREAMS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your Responsibility and Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 7STREAMS from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of Stackd, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.

Data and Device Risks

You are solely responsible for backing up your data and maintaining your device security. 7STREAMS is not responsible for loss, corruption, or inaccessibility of data stored locally on your device or handled by third parties such as cloud backup providers.

Intellectual Property

Stackd and related branding, software, designs, and content are owned by or licensed to 7STREAMS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Termination

7STREAMS may suspend or terminate access to Stackd at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected misuse.

Changes to Terms

7STREAMS may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of Stackd after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Failure by 7STREAMS to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction chosen by 7STREAMS, without regard to conflict of law principles.
