Stackd Privacy Policy

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Stackd, a supplements app published by 7STREAMS. This policy explains what information is and is not processed when you use the app.

No Server-Side Account System

Stackd does not require you to create an online account with 7STREAMS, and 7STREAMS does not operate a backend user database for Stackd at this time.

Information We Collect

• 7STREAMS does not intentionally collect personal information through its own servers because Stackd currently runs without a dedicated 7STREAMS backend.
• Supplement tracking data you enter is intended to remain on your own device unless your device platform or your own backup settings sync that data.
• If you contact 7STREAMS directly by email, 7STREAMS will receive the information you include in that message.

How Information May Be Processed

• Data stored locally in the app is used to provide app functionality on your device.
• 7STREAMS may use information you send directly (for example, support email) to respond to requests and improve app stability.
• 7STREAMS does not sell personal information and does not run ad-targeting systems based on personal profiles for Stackd at this time.

Third-Party Services and Platforms

Your mobile platform provider, app store, device manufacturer, network provider, or operating system may collect technical information independently of 7STREAMS. Their processing is governed by their own policies and not by this Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

Since 7STREAMS does not maintain a dedicated Stackd user database at this time, most app data retention is controlled by your device and your backup settings. If you contact 7STREAMS, correspondence may be retained as reasonably necessary for support, legal, and security purposes.

Your Choices

• You can stop using Stackd at any time.
• You can remove local app data by deleting app data from your device.
• You can manage device-level cloud backups through your platform settings.

Children's Privacy

Stackd is not directed to children under 13, and 7STREAMS does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through a dedicated backend system for Stackd.

International Use

If you access Stackd from outside your country of residence, you are responsible for understanding local laws that may apply to your use of health-related applications.

Security Notice

No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100 percent secure. While 7STREAMS aims to follow reasonable practices, 7STREAMS cannot guarantee absolute security of any data stored on devices, synced by third-party platforms, or transmitted through external services.

Changes to This Policy

7STREAMS may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Stackd after updates means you accept the revised policy.
